The fashion angle to Tokyo is extremely competitive and this applies to Japanese and international fashion companies. Also, you have so many amazing districts to visit in Tokyo. Therefore, the competition is maintaining innovation and companies are always looking out for the latest styles. The university angle entails that the youthfulness of Ikebukuro is most noticeable. This applies to several universities being based in Ikebukuro and in the surrounding area. Also, for young fashion lovers in Tokyo and Saitama, then Ikebukuro is famous because of the fashion angle and other areas related to distinctive cultures within Tokyo.
